Make a Pre-employment Drug Screen appointment with St. Mary’s Medical Center – Call 522-5895
· State you are from Walla Walla College and need a pre-employment drug screen as a CDL driver
· A government issued picture ID is required in order to take 的 test, such as a driver’s license
Pre-Employment Drug Screen: Prior to 的 first time a driver performs safety-sensitive functions for Walla

WHAT WILL DISQUALIFY YOU AS A CDL DRIVER: According to WA State 部门 of Licensing, a CDL
driver is disqualified for one (1) year for a first time conviction of 的 following offenses while operating a commercial

· Refusing to take a SCHEDULED drug and/or breath alcohol test. You will be considered positive for
drugs and alcohol (SEE NEXT SECTION FOR CONSEQUENCES)
· Driving under 的 influence of alcohol or any drugs
· Driving with an alcohol concentration of .04 or more (WWC has a NO-TOLERANCE policy for any level of

· Leaving 的 scene of an accident
· Using a commercial vehicle in 的 commission of a felony
CONSEQUENCES OF A POSITIVE RESULT:
· Driver will be immediately suspended from performing a safety-sensitive function for Walla Walla College and will
no longer be considered an Approved Driver

· A person is disqualified (loses CDL license) from driving a commercial motor vehicle for a period of not less
than one year if a report has been received by 的 department pursuant to RCW 46.25.120(不合格

· Driver must be evaluated by a 药物滥用专家 (at driver’s expense)
· Driver will comply with treatment recommendations (at driver’s expense)
· Driver must undergo a return to duty drug test with a negative test result (at driver’s expense)
· Driver will also be subject to unannounced follow-up drug tests for up to 5 years depending on 的 evaluation of 的
